In 2021, I was under command investigation for alleged misconduct. After the investigating officer requested my written statement, I exercised my right to remain silent and hired Michael right away. Although I like to think careful research and due diligence had something to do with it, I'm so fortunate to have found Michael after searching online. I'd never hired a defense attorney before, so I felt out of my depth. In 21 years of naval service, I always obeyed the law and had never been in trouble before. Michael always provided his best professional advice and made sure I stayed focused on the task. Thanks to Michael's efforts, the BOI exonerated me in a unanimous decision. In doing so, he restored my reputation, helped me resume my military career, and provided peace of mind. He is an exemplary attorney and I consider him a dear friend. Moreover, one of the three senior officers responsible for holding the BOI inquired about hiring Michael after the board concluded. If that isn't a testament to his expertise and professionalism, I don't know what is!
